Maggie created Grounded to give a visual of recharging with using the earth and animals as our healers. Our repetitive thoughts are indicators of how we are feeling. We can influence our feeling state through grounding with positive affirmations. Grounding is getting back to the core of who we are before we had experiences that challenged our beliefs about ourselves.
